今次不是寫影評，也不會劇透，只是想借用一套經典的電影7分鐘的場景，講解關於團體合作 teamwork、領導才能 leadership 及溝通 communication 的概念。
《帝國驕雄》（英語：Gladiator，中國大陸譯《角鬥士》，台灣譯《神鬼戰士》）是一部2000年英美合拍的史詩電影，列尼·史葛執導，大衛·法蘭索尼編劇。由羅素·高爾 Russell Crowe、華堅·馮力士 Joaquin Phoenix 等主演 [註一]。
劇情敘述羅馬帝國五賢君時期的末任君主馬卡斯·奧里勒斯之子康莫德斯奪位，而將軍麥希穆斯 Maximus Decimus Meridius 被其陷害淪為奴隸，最終展開復仇的故事。
《帝國驕雄》Gladiator，最終在第73屆奧斯卡金像獎，Russell Crowe 勇奪最佳男主角獎，《帝國驕雄》也一口氣獲得最佳影片獎、最佳服裝設計獎、最佳視覺效果獎、和最佳音效獎 [註一至二]。Joaquin Phoenix 雖然落選男配角獎，但是他在20年後憑《小丑》也奪得最佳男主角獎。
是咁的，在劇中有一個表演節目，由奴隸飾演外國勢力，然後皇帝派出軍隊止暴制亂，彰顯大國聲威。 主角是奴隸之一，明白就算自己一個可以打十個，都不足以一己之力抗衡軍隊， 所以他需要隊友。
有時候，一群不認識的人，突然間站在一起，團隊被成立了。A team is formed suddenly. (1:30) Flattening of hierarchy 大家都是步兵，不用分那麼細。
在一群人中，有時候領袖不是委派或選舉，而是被迫出來，誰人肯出聲便是領袖 (2:10) Speak up.
出聲，不代表是亂叫，如果不知道要講什麼，可以想想 - 向團體作簡報 Team briefing. (2:22)
- "Any one in the army? ...... You can help me." - empower team members
- "Whatever comes out these gates, you have better chance to survive if you work together. Do you understand?" "We stay together, we survive." 要令隊員明白同坐一條船 on the same page (2:42)
- Briefing或交更不需要長篇大論，講重點便可以。
指示要簡而精 Simple and clear instructions

Utilize resources efficiently
狀況察覺能力 Situation awareness

- 見機行事 observe condition change and change the order (5:50)
做領袖，不是靠把口話好打得，而是能身體力行，帶領群眾走出困境 (5:26)，才是領袖。
