Test A (to government points)
undergo a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test for the coronavirus disease 2019 in accordance with the procedure and conditions specified in the Annex to this Direction.- To get the specimen bottle for deep throat saliva specimen (https://tgptestbottle.hk/) (provided free of charge by the Department of Health at least two days in advance.)
- Visit the Targeted Group Testing Scheme website (http://www.tgptest.gov.hk). Follow the IT System Instructions (attached) to register the case. (Doctor's referral)
- To submit the specimen contained in the specimen bottle to one of the Government designated collection points, at 13 clinics of the Department of Health and 47General Out-patient Clinics of the Hospital Authority. (Collection points: Annex 2)

Test B (in private labs at patient's own expense)
undergo the Specified Test in accordance with the conditions specified in the Annex to this Direction; and(2)submit the test result to me or the staff of my clinic named in this Direction by electronic mail, fax, or by hardcopy within four days after the date specified above.Dr. Pierre Chan
