《2018年人體器官移植(修訂)條例草案》委員會

《2018年人體器官移植(修訂)條例草案》委員會今天展開工作，我是這個法案委員會的主席。

《條例草案》的主要條文，在《人體器官移植條例》(第 465 章 ) 第3條，加入新訂第5DA條，其內容關乎在配對捐贈安排或匯集捐贈安排下作出的同意。

Bills Committee on Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Bill 2018 is started today and I am the Chairman.

The main provision of the Bill is clause 3, which adds a new section 5DA regarding the consent given in a paired or pooled donation arrangement.
