There are 32 teams joining 2018 World Cup group stage. The number of teams in each continent is decided by Federation International Football Association ("FIFA") and its confederations.
- Europe has 14 teams, organized by The Union of European Football Associations ("UEFA").
- America has 8 teams, organized by Confederation of North, Central American ("CONCACAF") and Caribbean Association Football and The South American Football Confederation ("CONMEBOL").
- Asia has 5 teams, organized by Asian Football Confederation ("AFC").
- Africa has 5 teams too, organized by Confederation of African Football ("CAF").
After group stage, all of African teams are out.
At round of 16, Japan is the only representative from Asia. While America has 5 and Europe has 10.
At quarter-finals, all African and Asian teams are back home. Europe leads America 6:2.
At semi-finals, Europe leads America further to 4:0. Sorry to America.
