THANKSGIVING
- Thanks to all those who continue to care about Moses patiently and pray to the God of Creation for him.
- Appreciate Moses' brother, sister-in-law, and So Ching for staying on top of Moses' affairs.
PRAYER REQUESTS
“And if one looks at the land, there is only darkness and distress; even the sun will be darkened by clouds.” (Isaiah 5:30b)I) Moses’ Sharing: “Pray that the sensory and motor nerves will restore speedily”.
II) Moses’ Current Health Condition - Please pray for the following items:
- “Swallowing Ability”�For us (parents), every bite that Moses takes with his feeding is daunting to us since he is required to swallow carefully according to detailed instructions. May Moses be able to get used to it.
- “Timely Posture Adjustment”: It is very natural for anyone who is unaffected by injury, but for Moses…
- a) Moses needs to be repositioned periodically to prevent bedsores on the hospital bed.
- b) Every night, Moses must wait for assistance from the medical team to adjust his sleeping position before he can fall and get adequate sleep.
- c) During treatment, he is now facing different degrees of muscle and joint training for stretching exercises.
- The Ability to Receive all Treatment To give an example, an average person can run 100 meters in one breath. For Moses, he has to divide it up into several segments. Before he can run again, he needs to rest for 30 seconds after running 20 meters. This is precisely what is happening with every single treatment he is receiving. Our prayers are for him to be strengthened and for his rest intervals to be reduced.
- Ward Transfer
- a) We are currently exploring the most appropriate treatment ward.
- b) Need for greater physical energy: We pray that all of Moses’ body organs will remain healthy and functioning normally. Greater physical strength is required to undergo the next phase of treatments.
- Regardless of Rain or Storm�During last week's typhoon, I thought, "No matter how big the raging storm is, Moses would wish that we could be by his bedside to chat and to keep him company. Therefore, no matter how big the storm, we will always be standing by your side.”
- Experience of Walking with the Creator�In the past three months, I have been reminded of what Christianity is about. It is not a religion that leads people to kindness, but a realistic vivid life journey of experiences walking together with the almighty God.

- 感謝各方的有心人仍耐心的關注及為啟言向那位創造主禱告。
- 感謝哥哥嫂嫂及蘇晴為啟言的事情而奔波。
代禱
「人若望地，只見黑暗艱難；光明在雲中變為昏暗。」（以賽亞書 5:30下）
（一） 啟言分享：盼望那些感官神經和活動神經能盡快恢復過來。
（二） 啟言最新近況
- 「請繼續為他的吞嚥功能禱告」
- 對爸媽來說啟言的每啖飲食都是一步一驚心，因為他要小心按著指示的方法吞嚥，盼他能適應並持守著。
- 「定時轉換姿勢」：對一個沒有受創傷的人來說是非常自然，但對啟言。。。
- a. 每隔一段時間都需要為啟言轉換在病床上的姿勢，以防褥瘡。
- b. 每晚都要等候醫護幫助，調整睡姿才能入睡。
- c. 治療時更需要面對不同程度肌肉和關節的拉扯鍛鍊。
- 「每項治療的能耐」
- 打個比方，正常人可以一口氣跑 100 米，但啟言現在是要分幾段才跑完，因為他跑了20米就要休息半分鐘，才可再跑。這正是他每次接受單項治療的情況呢。請為他能強化體能，每次可以縮短休息時間禱告。
- 「轉房治療」
- a. 適切的病房：仍在探討最適切的治療病房。
- b. 需要更大的體能：祈求啟言身體各個器官功能可以保持健康正常運作，因為在啟言勇敢接受下一步針對的治療，同時亦需要更大的體能。
（三） MO 爸媽
- 「就算風雨再大」
- 過去一週的颱風，心想：「就算外面風大雨大，啟言都是渴望著我們能站在他的床邊聊天和陪伴。因此，無論風雨多大，我們都會站在你的身邊。」
- 「與創造主同行的體驗」
- 在這三個月裡，我再一次反醒甚麼是基督信仰。她不是一個導人向善的信仰和堅持，而是一個有血有肉的生命經歷，與創造主同行的體驗。
